Skip the trip. The notary comes to you.
Bellevue Notary comes to your kitchen table in Lake Hills, your office in a downtown tower or a bedside at the hospital — either side of I-405, on call 24 hours a day, rain or shine. General notarization
Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, stamped at your table. Bring the document complete and unsigned; we verify ID, witness the signing and seal it on the spot. Most visits run under twenty minutes.
Apostille assistance
For documents headed abroad — diplomas, powers of attorney, corporate papers — we notarize, then courier the paperwork to the Secretary of State in Olympia and bring it back apostilled, usually inside a week.
Power of attorney & estate documents
POAs, healthcare directives, wills and trust packets, executed correctly the first time. You provide the disinterested witnesses Washington requires; we verify ID and pace the signing for signers who need time — at home, in care or in the hospital.
I-9 verification
Authorized-representative I-9 completion for remote hires, at the employee’s home or office within hours of the offer letter. Section 2 done in person, documents examined as the form requires, the employer’s copy returned the same day.

№ 07 — Questions, answered
Before you book.
One current government photo ID — driver’s license, passport, state or military ID — with a name matching the document. If ID is a problem, call first: Washington allows a credible-witness alternative in some cases.
No — providing witnesses is the signer’s job. Many estate and POA documents need one or two disinterested witnesses: adults with current ID who aren’t named in the document and don’t benefit from it. Have them present when the notary arrives; a neighbor or coworker usually qualifies, a beneficiary never does.
No — a notary is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice or choose your document for you. We notarize what you bring, complete and unsigned; every blank must be filled before the stamp goes down.
The phone is answered around the clock, but exact timing is subject to availability — the notary’s current location and other appointments set the window. You’ll have a confirmed time, or the next best alternative, by text within 15 minutes of booking. Nights and holidays dispatch on call, usually at your door within two hours anywhere on the Eastside.
We notarize at your visit, then walk the document through the Washington Secretary of State. Standard service returns in five to seven business days for $115. Expedited runs one to three business days, $165–350 depending on turnaround. Each additional document is $30 — shipping included.
Yes. The employer designates us as authorized representative; we meet the employee, examine original documents in person as Section 2 requires, and return the completed form the same day. Employees: bring originals from the I-9 lists — photocopies cannot be accepted.
Card, Apple Pay or cash, after the signing — never before. Businesses with recurring signings can be invoiced monthly.
Papers waiting on a signature?
Check availability above, or reach the notary directly, any hour — no dispatcher, no hold music. If the phone is off, we are mid-signing; texts are answered between appointments.
